Got contacted for an interview however the person who contacted me said they would be present in interview and did not say a word during the whole interview which lasted less than 30 minutes.

one of the interviewers saw that I had retail experience 3 years prior even though I have worked more complex roles since and then proceeded to ask: "have you thought about going back to retail"
