First you apply online, and if they are interested in hiring you, there will be an initial group interview followed by a 1 on 1 interview (if you did well in the group interview) a few weeks after the initial interview. The group interview consisted of about 10 people with one interviewer observing, we did a bunch of activities, which I believe were to see how well you worked with others and your leadership abilities. This lasted about 3 hours if I remember correctly. The 1 on 1 interview pretty much was just to make sure you were interested in the job, cuz most of the people who got the interview were hired.
