There was a phone screen followed by an interview with the regional director and local manager. A writing test was requested after the second interview. After I took the writing test I was contacted and asked to provide references. I provided five names and was later told that they had contacted two of my references. On the day in which they told me they would be letting me know their decision I was instead contacted by the recruiter and told that they wanted to move forward with me, however, because the regional director had put in notice they wanted to do an unexpected third interview with the people that would be filling her role to weigh in on the candidate. The third interview was awkward and had a completely different feeling, maybe some hints of toxic work environment, something changed, I couldn't put my finger on it. They said they would let me know the following week and 3 plus weeks later they have still not contacted me. VERY unprofessional. One of my worst interview experiences to date. You don't get that far in the interview process only to add another interview and totally abandon a candidate.
