A phone interview was setup first by the hiring manager, and a panel interview about a week later. The phone interview was mainly background information and personality type questions. The panel interview was with the hiring manager, a group of supervisors and a representative from HR, took a little over 2 hours and was mainly about my job history and experience, knowledge of the industry and situation type questions

the interview process was straightforward with two interviewers. HR reached out and scheduled a date. The panelist were welcoming and made the experience great. After the interview, HR reached out with the offer but the offer was not what I was expecting

The interview was pretty straightforward. Standard interview - what you would expect. I interviewed with a panel of 3 but was in an office that created a more personal approach to the interview.
