I had a phone screening with the senior recruiter, and she set up interview after I spoke with her for about 20 minutes. I had a one-hour interview with three managers, and they asked scripted STAR questions around company's core competencies. Following the interview, it was about 3-4 weeks before I had a response about whether or not I had gotten the position.
