I had spoken extensively to Louise prior to the interview about the company, how they chose their school sites, and my skills. Louise and her business partner interviewed me. This was actually one of my first professional interviews, so it was a little intimidating to have two of them, but they were very easy to talk to, and open to answering any questions that I asked. It was also the first interview that I have done with speech pathologists versus a human resources person. They did ask lot of more difficult questions, but they were really friendly as well and gave me time to think about my answers for the more difficult questions. They also gave me some good advice.
