There are two ways that you will interview at this company, one is with scientific recruiters who genuinely have an interest in learning about you so that can place you in positions that best fit your experience, education and personality. You will need to interview with the hiring manager once you are placed for a position. The second way is to be interviewed directly with the hiring manager. There are typically two or more people there to interview you but you are the only interviewee. Don't be afraid to ask questions! Everyone has been so nice along the entire process.
