I submitted an online application through the Pace website. I was called within two weeks to interview and was able to schedule my interview for a Saturday that I was in Minneapolis because my previous job prevented me from being in Minneapolis during the week.

The interview process was very nice and straight forward. After meeting with the manager, you go to the front to meet with the rest of the team. You get introduced to everyone and it is a very welcoming environment.

How does my experience apply to the position- and questions based on my past experience
pretty standard interview. Asked about background, what I know about pace analytical, and some scenario questions. There were no technical questions asked or any curve ball questions. Practice for typical interview questions and you will be fine.

Entrevista
Interview included one on one discussion and tour of the lab. The manager was nice in the interview but was not personable after that. I accepted the job and left after 2 weeks due to a toxic work environment.
