Big disappointment. I'm a huge fan of the company and applied several times over the last few years. But my experience is always the same. Most of the time you don't hear anything back on your application. If you're lucky, you get a rejection (always a standard answer like: "We have had a lot of interest in the position and received a large number of ... bla bla ...proceed with other candidates that better matched the requirements for this job. "). If you try to contact the recruiter to ask for the specific rejection reason or to ask when they will come back on your application they just ignore you.
