After submitting my application online, I got invited for a video interview. I was asked 5 general questions, I had 30 sek to prepare my answer and then 2 min to record it. The next step was phone interview with an external recruitment company from London. Here again, I was asked a couple of questions, mostly about my knowledge about the fashion and business. I had an impression that they are not really interested in your experience or soft skills. You also don't have time to introduce or "sell" yourself... It is a very competitive process, only one person per year is taken for the program. In my opinion all preparations and learning about the company was a waste of time.
