I applied for the job, and I got sent an email a few days later asking if I was interested in an interview. I said yes and scheduled it. The interview took place on Google Meet. I was asked a few questions about my resume, as well as what I knew about the construction/housing industry. None of the questions ended up being relevant to my job, and the description of the role I was interviewing for didn't match the actual responsibilities of the job very well, but that's not the point. I got the notification that I was hired ~3 days after my interview, including the weekend. I started my job 2 weeks after that.
