Physical interview at their HQ
Pros:
- Walking distance from KL Sentral. Accessible to public transport.
- Overall, office environment is cozy.
Cons:
- Very old management for interview process. In email stated the interview will begin at 9am, but I ended up being interviewed at 11:30am+. Waste of time came in early as per advise by HR team.
- A lot of forms needed to be filled up before interview, which can save everyone time if they could provide us in the email before the interview.
- In the email they stated that you are "Shortlisted", but upon arriving, I can see 5+ people for AM session and they even have PM session. A waste of time waiting for your turn for the interview.
- If the management already made up their mind to find candidates who HAVE EXPERIENCES, then you should not have invited people who are fresh graduates. I really wasted my time, energy and money attending this interview.
- Interviewer are living inside their own bubbles. It's not a pleasant interview as they often try to find your weakness and downgrade your career journey/ experiences. They made up their mind whether they wanted to hire you based on the first 2 minutes during the interview. If you are "kaki kipas", then you can pass the interview session.
