They invited me to an interview with the head of the design department. But on the day of the interview, I interviewed three people, the head of the design department and two graphic designers. In addition, the duration of the interview was not mentioned in the email and was delayed by ten minutes. I expected them to approach me professionally and have at least one senior designer evaluate me, not just a regular designer who has just been hired for three months. In addition, the graphic designer would ask me questions that were relevant to the recruiter. It was not clear if he was the hiring manager for Puma or their graphic designer. Instead of focusing on my ability to design, they cared more about how well I knew Puma's business partners.
Forget me for a month and they did not give me any feedback. After three unanswered emails, I was told that you were rejected. This was the most unprofessional interview I have ever had. Puma executives do not value other people's time and do not even bother to send themselves a rejection letter. This interview was such a waste of time.

The interview process was friendly and casual. There were 4 interviews always with the same person, and people from the team were added in the different interviews. I also had to submit a design assignment.
