Zoom interview with Director or program Christine. Interview was straight forward. After interview I was not aligned in values with my assigned supervisor upon online search and requested a supervisor swap prior to orientation. While HR made me feel quite shameful for making the request when supervisor and trainee relationship is a significant part of clinical education, my request was accommodated and the rest of my traineeship went smoothly and was very supportive.
