Initial interview with the recruiter. They ask the common things, if you have BPO or recruitment experience. They will then give you typing exam and listening exam. If you pass they will then endorse you to the Hiring Manager.

They sent me a text message and email before the interview. In the initial interview they ask me a set of questions and the interview took up 25 minutes and after that , they schedule me for the final interview .

The IR was approachable and friendly, she guided me until the final interview. For the initial interview, they asked basic and personal questions. The final interview was rather easy as well, the interviewer was also nice.

Was really standard. The process is you will be with HR then HR will do an initial interview about you. They will decide which manager will put you with them. Once in the manager you will be asked some fairly basic questions.
