There are really no tough or typical questions in the interview. They do tell you what to expect in the way of rude or abusive callers, because there is basically nothing to prepare you for it. Callers are sometimes so rude, obnoxious and abusive that customer service reps have thrown down their headsets in frustration and left the building -- for good. Easily 80 percent of new hires don't last six months.

Digital interview was quicker than I expected, and the phone interview was almost a month 1/2 from the Digital interview, process was very easy and questions asked were general customer service questions.

After I applied 02/27/20, I received an email on 02/28 requesting phone interview. We scheduled it for the same day. After that I was scheduled for my onsite interview to take place on 03/02/20. Offer same day by phone. Background process started 03/03 and cleared 03/11 Training starts 3/16.
