I received an email from the HR manager and scheduled a phone interview with her and the hiring manager. They called and he asked my aviation experience, why dispatch, why PSA, etc. All of the general questions and basic interview questions. None of the questions were really technical or anything. HR asked me the general tell me about a time questions. Wasn't very in depth with him talking most of the time and explaining the company.

Entrevista
Test and 2 interviews online. Test focused on regulations as well as possible scenarios a dispatcher would encounter over the course of their day. First interview was with HR rep and second included the department head which reviewed the job description as reflected in the union contract and pay scale.
