Received a phone call 3 months after submitting resume. Was screened over the phone by and HR person. Was interviewed in person by a manager, came back and interviewed a second time with the team I'd be working with. Manager was very unprofessional with questions. Didn't seem to have much experience with how to hire someone. Team interview was even less professional. More talk about favorite restaurants then about job experience.
