Applied online by a form with a few questions and uploading my CV. Was then invited for an interview a month after submitting the application. Turned out it was just a first round interview, and I was told during the interview that I would hear back by the end of week if I made it through to the next round. I heard back 3 weeks later that I didn't get it. I was told that they had received over 100 applicants, were interviewing 6 in the first round, and would choose 2-3 for another interview. They provided feedback when requested.
