I was contacted via email about a phone screen with a member of HR. On the day of my phone screen I was called 12 minutes late (which gave me a bit of anxiety but I didn't mind per se). During the call the HR representative seemed rushed to just get the call over with. She did tell me I'd hear something Monday or Tuesday after she connected with the hiring manager. Unfortunately I received my denial message Monday.
