Submitted application to the COO (Chief Operating Officer) via email. She contacted me within a few weeks. She set up a phone interview. The second round I had an in person interview with the COO, CFO and another team member. The questions were manageable and straight to the point. Within two weeks I received an email from the COO letting me they wanted me to join their team. From start to finish the hiring process took 3 months.
