I was sent a short test to assess my copy writing skills, then I did a face-to-face interview. Once I got the job, I saw it all in other people's interview processes: multiple Skype interviews for the same candidate, up to 3/4 interviewers surrounding one candidate (from the intern to the executive, anyone who's around really), many face-to-face interviews where the CEO didn't show up or made candidates wait for hours only to them dismiss them if they were BAME or if they asked about work/life balance. You will DEFINITELY get the job if you are Greek, speak Greek or act Greek.
