All of the people that I dealt with were very nice and helpful. Seemed like it would be a great place to work! The employees were happy and the CSR Manager was very pleasant and easy to talk to.

Floating application after first interview. It was a straightforward first interview. Mostly informing you what you're applying for, and asking regular compliance questions.
No rejection just floating with no follow up.
There are multiple rounds of interviews (at least 2) with many situational questions the interview is not very conversational as they are focused on the questions that they are given to ask.
