Me postulé a través de una agencia de empleos. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en PPD (Morrisville, NC) en sep 2015
Entrevista
Was called about the position from a staffing co. Had a phone interview that went very well. Agreed to come in for an in-person interview. Was interviewed by 2 managers (pharmacist and RN). Pharmacist was very cordial and nice. RN tried to appear intimidating. Both asked about 6 questions each while writing down every word said. The process was entirely too long. I was able to shadow one of the consultants for 30 mins. Afterwards, I was walked out without so much a word about when I will hear one way or the other about their hiring decision. I knew then that I wasn't chosen for the job. From that day to the present, I have not heard from PPD nor the staffing company. So much about them exemplifying CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Be prepared to answer a lot of behavioral style questions...
The interview was virtual through Microsoft teams. There were three people conducting the interview. Situation based questions were asked. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and they seemed very nice.

Received an initial call for a phone interview. Very straightforward and more the manager describing the position to me. Months later received call for in-person interview. 3 hours long, STAR questions.

Can not remember specifics, but if STAR interviews are looked up, they are all the same questions. Situation, Task, Action, Result.

1st phone interview was with someone from HR who asked basic questions about my current job, job history, resume, hours sought after, etc.
2nd interview was with the pharmacist who asked me behavioral based questions and that lasted about 30 minutes.
I have been asked to attend a formal interview which I have to complete the written application first and agree that I can perform all job requirements listed for the position before moving forward. In the email telling me about the time/date of the interview they also sent information regarding benefits, PTO, etc for my review.
