Many rapid fire behavior- based questions from 3 current employees. No introduction, background, etc. Interviewers were pleasant, but seemed detached. Read pre-determined questions from a worksheet and wrote down my answers the entire time.

I applied online. Got a phone screen with the HR within a week and a phone interview with hiring manager and his team in 2 weeks. Interview process not overtly formal.
