The company HR department called to set up the interview. I prepared by going online to obtain interviewing tips. The interview went really well as I found that much of my past experience translated to this position. The only problem was the starting salary.

The process first started out as a phone interview with basic questions regarding my experiences listed on resume, following with an onsite interview with a panel of three individuals. The questions were mostly behavioral questions, therefore knowing how to respond to these types of questions is important. Also take notes and ask questions.
