Recruitment rang to ask basic questions about motivation for the role and arrange a first round interview. The first round interview was with a recruiter and the senior manager leading the team. Very basic and straightforward questions around career goals, experience to date, and motivation for the role were asked. There were also some questions designed to get to know me better as a person and ascertain cultural fit. Recruiter emailed within an hour of the first interview to arrange a Partner interview, which was conducted a few days later. The Partner interview was also very straightforward, with the Partner doing most of the talking and asking only a few basic questions around motivation and experience to date. Recruiter rang a few days offer with details of an offer.
