The initial Interview was over the phone and was with a manager. Second round interview is the super day at the location. The initial interview is technical based, not any behavioral types of questions. Be able to talk through your resume for the Super day

Entrevista
First interview was over the phone and strictly behavioral. The second interview was also over the phone, this time with an first year associate from the Pittsburgh office. Mostly behavioral but a couple questions about the economy at the end.
Then Super Day in Pittsburgh about a week later. 4 Interviews, each 30 mins, 2 Interviewers per. Behavioral and Technical.
Received Feedback 5 days later.

Phone interview for 30 minutes. It was a decent interview. Interviewer engaged in small talk for 5 minutes before getting to technical questions. Then super day in Pittsburgh with more of the same.
