PNC came to my campus for on campus interviews. They met with all the applicants the night before interviews and I was able to speak with my interviewer. The process was very relaxed and very conversational, nothing to be nervous about. Make sure you know your resume, your past experiences, and specific situations you've found yourself in.

A week after my first interview, I was invited to Super Day where I had three more interviews. All the interviews were 25 minutes with standard behavioral questions as well as reviewing my resume. The only downside was there was a lot of time spend waiting in the "green room" with the people you were competing with. Overall a very easy process and well run.
