I was called in for an initial interview 1 week after I applied. The interview was about 20 minutes long and was 2:1. The normal interview questions "strengths, weaknesses, where do you see yourself in 5 years" weren't asked. It was more of a conversation, an overview of the position. I was called in for a second interview the following week that was about 10 minutes. That interview was just to go over salary, and scheduling specifics.
