I loved speaking to the team. They were informative and helpful during the whole process. They were very conversational, and I learned a lot through the process. There is no need to be nervous as the culture of the firm is collaborative and helpful.

HR screening through HireVue with mostly behavioral questions. Superday with 2 rounds of interviews, one with a hiring manager and one with full-time employees who participated in the internship. Mostly behavioral questions about problem solving, can you take a problem and analyze it to come to a solution.

The whole process was really smooth. I met a recruiter through my University’s career fair. I applied to multiple internship positions online and the recruiter helped me get an interview. The interview went really well. My interviewer didn’t drill me with questions and super nice.
