I applied on line and was emailed a few days later to please take an online assessment test. Once I did that I was invited to a group interview. I arrived a few minutes early. there were about thirty others there for the interview. The recruiter proposed five simple questions and one at a time we went around the the room introduced ourselves and answered the questions. The recruiter rebutted with more questions. Like "why PNC Bank" "how far Doyle live from the branch you applied at" basic stuff. At the end she said we would all get a call if chosen to move on to next interview with branch manager. Or an email if not chosen. I got an email stating they decided not to fill the position after all and no one got the job. But please keep trying. 6 months later I reapplied for a part time teller job. Same thing group interview, assessment test etc... This time only about 15 people present. Same recruiter same questions. But this time I never received any type of follow up. About a week later I got another email inviting me to yet another group interview!!! I get the impression that PNC bank is just spitting out emails with know one behind them. PNC bank has wasted my time and now I don't want to work for them.
