Received an email to do a HireVue interview and then I got a follow up phone call inviting me to the final in-person Super Day interview. The entire process was extremely rushed and the recruiter was not helpful at all. Deatails of the actual interview process were sent last minute (late in the night the day before the interview) The Super Day consisted of two interviews that were pretty casual. Behavioral questions mainly, nothing too difficult. The interviewer was unable to answer my question about an details of the job, which was a major turn off. Overall the process seemed unorganized (which is surprising for such a large company) and the recruiter seemed uninterested when speaking to me. I initially had a good impression of PNC, but the entire experience made me not want to work there.

Short and sweet. Questions aren't very technical, they are more so looking to get to know you, rather than grill you with weird and obscure questions. Just be yourself and talk as if its a normal conversation
