Was first contacted by a recruiter to set up a phone interview. After a successful phone interview a in branch interview was set up.
Quick lasted about 25 minutes. Brief description of the position and overview of expected hours. Reviewed the philosophy of customer interaction, culture and what they believe drives the business.

I applied and got a response the next day. They sent me a link for an interview that consisted of STAR questions, personality questions, (i.e. describe your ideal work environment), and multiple choice questions.

The hireVue portion was easy but the wording was confusing. The interview process is fairly quick, a lot of behavioral questions and scenarios to gage how you would react. After the HireVue portion you play a few games one was a mathematical one just easy addition, multiplication and subtraction, one was a matching game with shapes, and one was this or that choices with weird photos

Interviewed with the recruiter. She was very professional and also made it comfortable. I felt heard and cared for VS just being another number in the company. Looking forward to my 2nd interview!
