I applied for a role at PNC and heard back from a recruiter that said the hiring manager was looking for a different skillset but here is another role I think you should apply for based on your qualifications. My first interview was with the hiring manager, then a panel, then the head of the line of business, then finally another panel of potential collaborative partners. I had 5 total interviews including initial HR screen. Throughout the process the recruiter stayed in touch, provided feedback and was very pleasant to work with. I did not get an offer but overall the experience was positive.

Had a phone call with an in-house recruiter for a Sr Product Manager. They explained the interview process which involves giving a presentation at the end to test your presentation skills. After that he gave the salary range and theyre only paying around 60%, maybe even less, of the current market rate for Sr PMs. I held firm on not taking a pay cut and he made it sound like they couldn't raise the offer and I doubt I'll get a call back.
