I received an online questionnaire immediately after I applied. It took about 2 weeks to hear from a recruiter. Took another week after that to go in for a face to face interview with the Regional Branch Manager and someone in the SSA position. After that I had an interview in the branch 2 days after with the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager and had an offer the following week.
