Applied online through my university and was selected for an in-person interview at their downtown office. I was then invited to participate in their superday in Pittsburgh. Superday consisted of a networking reception the night before and then three rounds of interviews the next day.

There are some compensations provided, the questions are normal. Very passionate. People may be a little mean. There were a lot of technical questions. In all, I think the interview is ok.

Entrevista
First met with several individuals on campus. Casual. Flown back by PNC for Super Day in Pittsburgh. Flights delayed so arrived 30 minutes late. PNC had an hour presentation and then networking event. Given interview times which range from 8am-1pm. Had three 20 minute interviews with top management. Lunch provided. Told they would get back to us within a week. Employees very pleasant, supportive and encouraging. They wanted to know if you had any outstanding offers/ respectful of your time. Feels like they are mindful of placement.
