Everyone I talked to and interviewed with was so nice and down to earth. Questions were tropical questions asking to give a lot of examples of how you handled certain situations. So I would have a few prepared.

30 minute phone interview followed by a dual panel 1 hour in-person interview. I was interviewed by two managers from separate branches. They asked me questions regarding sales ability and the ability to work with a team.

First portion was a phone interview and then came in for a face-to-face interview with two branch managers.
After that I waited about 3 months to get and offer and then another month after that to start.

Entrevista
I got a call from the recruiter. She asked me to tell her about myself and was very personable. She set up an interview with the branch manager. I met with her and then she brought everyone in to meet with me. I am still waiting for a call back.
