The recruiter didn't communicate upfront what I could expect - it seemed like they didn't have a hiring plan in place for this role and were just figuring it out as they went. The process dragged out nearly two months and I spoke with six team members in total. After keeping me on the back burner for a while, they informed me they offered the role to someone else.
