I had an initial phone interview and then had a skype interview with two sales managers. It was very easy and if you have the personality for sales, it will be a piece of cake. They're just looking for outgoing people who aren't afraid to cold call.

Started with a phone interview, then an in-person interview at one of their locations. The interview was broken into three parts, asking relevant questions to the industry. Next you shadowed an account executive for a short period and could ask questions. Lastly, you had another interview with the manager.
