Phone interview questions: how did you choose the college you attended, how did you choose your major, give me an example of a typical day at your job, walk me through your internship experience, how do you deal with difficult customers, etc.
Interview in person the next week with 2 HR recruiters consisted of same exact questions from phone interview, plus: do you have any cold calling experience, why do you think you'd be good at sales?
They also draw you a very confusing and sloppy diagram of your training schedule and sales expectations, and then ask you multiple times if this is something you think you can excel at. In my case, I was asked this so many times by multiple employees that I met with that I was starting to get the vibe that I was being doubted. Nonetheless, I was still offered the job that day, which came at a bit of a shock because I didn't feel that I conveyed enough confidence in my sales abilities to satisfy them.
