The interview process itself was extremely quick, and the team members were great; the HR team on the other hand was a mess. I was told that the team would get back to me within a week or so from my last interview - which went extremely well, and then they launched their first sub orbital rocket. The HR team proceeded to ghost me for about 5 weeks after that, and after incessant emails and begging for a response, they told me they were looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience.
