The communication before the interview was quite bad with her. She had to delay/cancel 2-3 times before the actual interview. The first interview (and the last one) was with the HR in Tel Aviv. She first took me for a round to see the entire office and we even had a pause for her to chat with some employees, the whole thing took about 10 minutes. The whole experience was very chilly, but when we started the interview I felt all I was being asked is why I left my previous jobs and not trying to actually understand my qualities or personality. It was very tense, and I found myself spending 80% of the time explaining about my rolls 5-6 years ago, then we had no time to talk about my current and last job (who are the most relevant for this roll). Surprisingly, I did not pass even this stage.
