Fairly standard process with three rounds of interviews with HR, the Hiring Manager, and other leaders in the organization. The HR leader explained the process accurately during our first conversation. The process lasted two weeks longer than HR expected. After the third and final interview, there was an additional 1-on-1 interview with an executive. The organization decided to hold off on hiring for this position.
