Entrevista
I had a 30 minute phone interview with the president where we discussed my past experience and the job description. I recieved an email a few days later asking if I would be interested in coming in for an in person interview. The in person interview was about 1 hour. I met the president and the director of sales. Pretty standard questions. I explained how I thought my background would fit into the job description. About a week later I received an offer that I felt was very fair.

Entrevista
Very casual. The interview was more of an explanation of the position that was available and the job the needed to be completed. We had met at a career fair so we had already talked. The position was one where training was provided so there was not much asked of me since we had already talked. I am sure there were more specific questions asked at the career fair but I do not recall them.
