As soon as I entered the building the front desk racially profiled. It was disorganized, changed the location from Newport Beach to Austin, TX that very second. They don't have a proper reason as to why they are moving the position to Austin, all they kept saying was to grow Austin office, but in reality all the security team sits in Newport Beach except for me. The hiring manager is not happy with the decision. HR did not do proper research on the qualifications, skills or personality and presented with an insulting offer. Initial recruiter didn't even call and directly went to the technical round, which is okay but they should have followed a process of asking these questions before the interview. Excuses, excuses. It seems as they don't know what they want.
