Received an email for an initial interview one week after submitting an online application. Interview was conducted via telephone. Very basic and casual. Didn't dig too deep into my skill set or previous job experiences. Mainly wanted to know if I could carry out managerial work. Was told i'd hear back in a week, and that decisions would be made another week later, but it took maybe a week more than they claimed.
