Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en PHMG (Manchester, Inglaterra) en sep 2019
Entrevista
Applied online, had a phone interview a couple days after, scheduled a first stage interview in-person, and then never heard back from them. Interviewer (recruitment manager I believe) was quite cold and felt a bit stand-offish, like he was trying to catch me out. I also had to wait around for a good 10-20 minutes or so before the actual interview began which is never a good sign in my opinion. When your candidate turns up for an interview, you should be ready for them and shouldn't make them wait around for seemingly no reason.
Straightforward, phone interview with recruiter and then in office where you talk to 2 managers and may be asked to do a mock call. After the interview I was called to inform that I would not be moving forward. I asked for feedback and I was told it was company policy to not give feedback to the candidate after the final decision was made.
Three step process:
1: Phone screening with the recruiter
2. Microsoft Teams Virtual interview with the same recruiter
3. In-person interview at the office with multiple leaders and I got an offer the next day

Would you rather be number one on your team and not make much money or be number two on your team and make more?
Congratulations on your offer and welcome to the team! We’re excited to have you on board and look forward to supporting your journey and growth here at PHMG.

Simple, straightforward questions, don't really want to trick you, just see if oyu can handle the grind. This is paramount as the grind is insane here so they emphasize it quite a bit.
