I was contacted by a member of the HR team to ask me some questions and was very friendly when I asked them questions about the role and the company. I was invited for a f2f interview and everyone in the office said hi as I walked through. I had a scenario based section of interview where I was left alone to create my answer to a set of questions based on the scenario. My rational for my answers was questioned and then there was a competency set of questions.
