I was reached out to on Oct 31st for an interview for Nov 7th. I confirmed the same day and they stated they’d send a zoom link and it was mandatory to accept the calendar invite. I never received the zoom link or calendar invite so I followed up and they resent the zoom link and calendar invite on Nov 1st. On Nov 4th they called and said “Hello, I'd like to leave a message with Trish. Trish this is Cynthia calling from Paloma health and human resources . I hope your day is going well. Trish the reason that I'm calling is that unfortunately we're going to need to cancel the interview that is scheduled for this Thursday, November 7 at 1: 30 PM . There is a scheduling conflict and I will have to cancel the interview and unfortunately there's no other additional times at the panel will be able to interview for this position so I do apologize if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me . You can reach me at this number _____ thank you“ so I thought maybe the voicemail was stated wrong or something and I called to follow up and she said over the phone that there weren’t any more interview slots available and they weren’t available for my interview time anymore.
